How ACKO Drive’s buying flow works
According to ACKO Drive’s own step-by-step guide, last updated in December 2025:
- Select your city on the website.
- Register with your mobile number.
- Choose a car and open its deal.
- View the price breakup and discount details.
- Pay the booking amount online and receive a confirmation.
- A relationship manager contacts you about documents, dealer allocation and delivery, and you pay the rest before delivery.
The same guide says you get “the lowest price in the market” on ACKO Drive. We have not tested that claim, and the only way to know for your car and city is to compare quotes. ACKO Drive’s Creta page also shows on-road prices for a selected city.
Checking an online price against a showroom quote
An online price is still a quote. Before you pay a booking amount anywhere:
- Ask for the full breakup: ex-showroom, road tax, registration, insurance, TCS, accessories and any handling or extended-warranty lines.
- Check that the road tax matches your state’s rule; our on-road calculator shows each charge.
- Compare insurance like for like: the same cover, add-ons and no-claim bonus.
- Paste each quote into the quote review to see what is compulsory and what is optional.
- Read the refund terms for the booking amount before you pay it.
When ACKO Drive is the better choice

- You want someone else to handle dealer allocation and paperwork.
