- FC means 7.4 kW AC charging capability, not DC charging. A DC-only public fast charger cannot charge this car. The 3.5-hour claim needs compatible AC equipment; a 3.3 kW charger takes about seven hours for 0–100%.
- The technical table lists 17.3 kWh for regular grades and 17.4 kWh for FC. Generic marketing says 17.4 kWh; it does not override the grade-specific technical table.
- ESC, hill-hold, rear discs and the electronic parking brake are Exclusive/Exclusive FC equipment. FC on Excite does not add these features.

A quick pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before you accept your car.
- Match the VIN, Comet EV variant, powertrain and paint on the vehicle against your order and invoice before accepting delivery.
- Inspect the clean car in daylight: paint, panels, glass, tyres, lights, seats and every promised accessory. Photograph concerns and get a written resolution.
- Ask the dealer to demonstrate charging, the supplied cable, charge-port release and battery warranty terms for your exact variant.
