Know before you choose

  • Smart is manual-only. Diesel is currently offered on Pure, Creative S and Accomplished S. DCA begins at Creative S; Accomplished+ S is DCA-only. No turbo-petrol/Racer or historical Accomplished without S row is inferred from older documents.
  • CNG AMT is offered on Pure, Pure S, Creative, Creative S and Accomplished S. It does not get cruise control under the current brochure footnote. DCA paddles and monostable shifter do not transfer to AMT.
  • Pure S adds only the opening sunroof to Pure. Creative inherits Pure, not Pure S, so regular Creative has no sunroof. Creative S diesel compares directly with Pure; Creative S is the entry petrol DCA.

A quick pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before you accept your car.

  • Match the VIN, Altroz variant, powertrain and paint on the vehicle against your order and invoice before accepting delivery.
  • Inspect the clean car in daylight: paint, panels, glass, tyres, lights, seats and every promised accessory. Photograph concerns and get a written resolution.
  • Ask the dealer to demonstrate a normal start, dashboard warning-light self-check, air conditioning, keys and the controls fitted to your variant.
