- The 461 km range is a test-condition claim. The technical table does not name a certification cycle; the running-cost calculation uses a separate 6.2 km/kWh planning assumption plus charging losses.
- Exclusive Plus and Essence include a 7.4 kW wallbox plus installation under the brochure's current price footnote. Executive and Excite Pro include the portable 3.3 kW cable, with home boxes optional. Confirm electrical work and installation limits in writing.

- Match the VIN, ZS EV variant, powertrain and paint on the vehicle against your order and invoice before accepting delivery.
- Inspect the clean car in daylight: paint, panels, glass, tyres, lights, seats and every promised accessory. Photograph concerns and get a written resolution.
- Ask the dealer to demonstrate charging, the supplied cable, charge-port release and battery warranty terms for your exact variant.
