- Six-seat captain chairs and second-row ventilation are limited to Signature 6S. Signature 7S and Knight retain the bench; the Lounge Edition has only five seats with no third row.
- The current Sep–Oct brochure marks Prestige, Platinum and Signature/Knight sunroof as petrol-only. Corporate diesel and the diesel Lounge include it. Verify this fuel-specific equipment on the dealer order sheet.
- Executive includes dual-zone AC, cruise, electric folding mirrors, rear camera and core safety, but no factory infotainment in the current matrix. Confirm how its listed camera is displayed on the actual car.

A quick pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before you accept your car.
- Match the VIN, Alcazar variant, powertrain and paint on the vehicle against your order and invoice before accepting delivery.
- Inspect the clean car in daylight: paint, panels, glass, tyres, lights, seats and every promised accessory. Photograph concerns and get a written resolution.
- Ask the dealer to demonstrate a normal start, dashboard warning-light self-check, air conditioning, keys and the controls fitted to your variant.
