Compare monthly model sales, follow volume trends and see where a car sits in the sales rankings. These are domestic wholesale dispatches from manufacturers to dealers, rather than retail registrations or customer deliveries.

Coverage: October 2025 to September 2026. Every model from the 14 reported manufacturers for October 2025–August 2026; September 2026 manufacturer totals plus the 61 models covered by published segment tables (complete model tables were not yet published). Unreported models are not assigned zero sales or an invented rank. Sources reviewed 2026-10-12.

How to read the figuresRanking scopes, model families and source links.

Manufacturers and publications sometimes group cars that have separate buying guides: Scorpio-N and Scorpio Classic, for example, or a nameplate’s petrol and electric derivatives. We retain the reported family, avoid adding overlapping totals and do not infer variant or powertrain sales. A family’s historical sales may include earlier generations.

Monthly ranks from October 2025 to August 2026 use competition ranking within the 14 reported manufacturers’ model tables: equal volumes share a rank and the next position skips accordingly. These ranks do not claim complete national coverage. Supplementary VinFast volumes are displayed without inserting them into that cohort’s ranks. September 2026 uses the published national top-ten order, a separate ranking scope, so it is not plotted on the rank line.

October 2025 to July 2026 figures were transcribed from the source’s manufacturer charts. Every manufacturer block was checked against the chart’s printed total, and each month against the next month’s previous-month column. Where the source later revised a split (MG Hector and ZS EV in January; Grand Vitara and e Vitara in June), the table notes which figure we use. “Last 12 months” adds only reported months. Model coverage changes, new launches, dealer inventory and dispatch timing all affect comparisons. Popularity alone does not establish safety, reliability or suitability.
